First concept album in a series of two from Iced Earth about another race called the "Setians" almost wiped out by humans, then plotting their revenge that started in the 1998 release "Something Wicked This Way Comes". Also the second studio album to feature Tim Owens as frontman which I think he did a very good interpretation and the track "Ten Thousand Strong" is definitely a stand out.
